I'm hopeful the Jets can make it back to the play-offs for the first time since 2010. We need Darnold to make a second year leap and to start strong with home games against Buffalo and Cleveland. Buffalo on Sunday is near enough a must win game, even in week 1. So...
Patriots
Steelers
Texans
Chiefs
WC Chargers and Jets
Eagles
Packers
Falcons
Rams
WC Saints and Panthers
AFC Chiefs over Steelers
NFC Falcons over Eagles
SB Chiefs

What’s likely to happen with Gordon? Benched or traded?

I thought they'd sign McCoy when he got released.
If they don't come to a deal , he's a free agent next season anyway, might as well get something for him now and trade him, even if it won't be fair value.

Benched for now. I douby any team will give up a 1st and a 5th for him. Some talk the Eagles might throw in Jordon Howard as a make-weight in a trade.
Gordon is a very efficient runner, but I don't think he is the transcendent talent that other hold out running backs like Elliot and Bell are. I think his agent is over-valuing his market value.

Now it looks like Antonio Brown might play for Oakland on Monday. Two days after threatening the GM (Mayock) and calling him a 'cracker'. Not sure what a cracker is, but it doesn't sound good.
Trubisky stunk the place out for Chicago last night. The Bears have an elite defence but Mitchell Trubisky is going ot hold them back.

I think Brown calling Mayock a cracker would be like Mayock calling Brown an N word.
Trubisky stat line looks atrocious. Bears defence looked outstanding by all accounts. As you said, offence will be the issue

It's not good. If mayock used a similar term for brown he'd have to resign. I take it mike mayock will be stepping down as GM before Monday night ? I mean I wonder let himself become a second reggie Mackenzie.

Sounds like it according to Google anyway. Someone from a poor rural white background, typically in the deep South, who would drive livestock with a whip. Or an unruly criminal.
Hard to know who is running the show in Oakland, but it doesn't sound like it is Mayock. Gruden just wants to win games so is probably chiming in to let AB play. Dysfunctional, even by Raider standards.
