Don't you have to be over 18 to get into a nightclub

Not if you exercise your right to breast feed.

You don't have a "right" to breastfeed in a nightclub.

Yes, but not in a night club.

There are age restrictions on children being on licensed premises at night. It is against the law to have a baby in a nightclub under those laws.

Even if it were not, management can still refuse admission if they wish.

In any event, given the decibel level of music in nightclubs, management would probably refuse entry on health and safety grounds.

I would agree on one ground... h&s

But to refuse a breastfeeding mother and child entry is illegal.

A breast fed child is the same entity as the mother and entitled to the mothers sustenance under the constitution.

Oddly enough, the constitution makes no mention of breast fed children.

As an aside, can I have some of whatever the hell you are smoking?
