Default Nightowls League

looking to enter a team into the 5 or 6 a side leagues. the website is down for the mo'.
can anyone here tell me when then league starts, how much per team and which venues are used?
I just missed the astro league (started jan 10th) but they seem very pricey anyway (approx 700 euros).
and finally do you need a kit or will bibs do?

I dont think the Nightowls has a 5/6 a side, only 11 as far as I know. Its a full season from August to May. The Astro Leagues only go on for 14 weeks, so i`d say you`ll have to wait till the next time around for them. www.astro.ie is the site. It is pricey alright but its quite well run in fairness.

Gutted that I just missed the start date, I guess the price is justified if it dispenses with all the hassle. whats the standard like in the astro's, do you automatically start off in the bottom division?

No, i think its up to you where you start to an extent. The different divisions can be held on different nights. Divisions 1,2and 3 are definitley tuesday out in CIT, other than that not too sure. The standard isnt too bad, if you play for a team you wont be out of your dept.

The premier division website is www.premiercorkniteleagues.com , or something like that, google it and you`ll get it anyway. Dont know about the lower divisions though.
