W-e have a single room to let, for 240 euro a month, cosy and very bright, with a huge window, in 5 bedroom house, located 7 minutes from Cork city centre.
the house is very bright, renewed a few years ago, with huge living room, big kitchen, bright bathroom, internet connection (wireless and cable option). There is a small backyard, where you can expose your washing to the sun or sit down on the chair and have a cigarette
.
There are four people in the house, all Polish, but we are looking also for any English-speaking person, having a job. We are all open-minded and any such a person is welcome in our house.
The room is free from 8th of June. The whole house belongs to agency, so you can keep your tax rent relief
. And the agency is very fair to us.
