Geezer has turned Kildare into a very poor version of the Armagh team from 1999-2005.It's scary to think that some people were saying that Cork should have got McGeeney in as manager a few years ago!He didn't even win a leinster title with Kildare.A division 2 league title and unlucky championship exits to Down in 2010 and Donegal in 2011 are the stand out points on his resume.I don't have much ill will for Kildare tbh. They did give us Larry and Shea Fahy!

Just after watching bits & pieces of Tyrone/Kildare and the post match commentary? Jesus, could Spillane be anymore dismissive of Tyrone if he tried? I know he doesn't like them, but he really takes getting the hump to a whole new level. That famous comment about Colin Montgomery and the bulldog and the nettle could have been tailor made for Pat Spillane having to dissect an impressive Tyrone win.

Kildare throw shapes around like they're one of the top teams, but with absolutely nothing to back it up. Geezer has been a complete failure. It's amazing the different directions both they and Donegal went in after that knife edge semi final in 2011.

Armagh beaten by a team who scraped past Waterford.

Standards are slipping around the country.

Good day out.

Why did Kildare make such an effort to sign Seanie and why was he so intent on the move. He's rarely a starter. Must say each time he loses a game I get a short lived burst of happiness.
Oh the fuckin irony of your post.
