Paul Lambert
What a job he's done at Norwich. League One to the Premier League in two seasons.
Norwich actually lost their first game In League One. Lost it 7-1 at home to Colchester who I think at the time were managed by Lambert himself.
Paul Lambert could be a bit like Martin O'Neill.

they had basically nothing to play for at spurs at the weekend yet they got the win. that has to speak to lambert's motivational skills.
swansea by contrast seem to have taken the foot off the gas.

They destroyed Spurs for much of the game too
And had some poor decisions against them
not easy to do that at White Hart Lane

Just look at the squad he's had to work with. No big names. No big money signings. Just good honest pros bought by a shrewd manager.
John Ruddy
Russell Martin
Adam Drury
Bradley Johnson
Steve Morison
Zak Whitbread
Andrew Crofts
James Vaughan
Grant Holt
Simeon Jackson
Andrew Surman
Anthony Pilkington
Declan Rudd
Wes Hoolahan
David Fox
Elliott Bennett
Simon Lappin
Leon Barnett
Aaron Wilbraham
Elliott Ward
Marc Tierney
Jonny Howson
Kyle Naughton
Jed Steer
Daniel Ayala
Ryan Bennett
That squad is 10th in the Premier League.

You'd have to think good things beckon for Lambert alright.

Lambert's here for the long haul. He played under Hitzfeld and MON and got his coaching badges in his final year at Celtic where he actually spent most of his time in Germany. Gonna be a great manager some day. Himself and Brendan Rodgers for manager of the year.
