Default Firefox and flash

Anyone upgrade firefox recently and have problems with flash afterwards?

For example the embedded videos on here dont work anymore for me.

Seems to me that for the last year, Flash updates itself every time I reboot my machine.

I got a solution off of adobe.

If RealPlayer is installed, try this first
Turn off Web Download & Recording in RealPlayer

Launch RealPlayer
Click the RealPlayer icon in the upper left corner of the window and choose Preferences.
Choose Download & Recording from the left hand panel
Uncheck "Enable Web Download & Recording for these installed browsers"
Click OK and close RealPlayer
Restart Firefox

This will remove the RealPlayer Browser Record extension from the Firefox Add-ons Manager.

this worked for me.

don't use real player .... used to be ok when it first came out way back but then it ended up filled with total garbage and spyware... became crappy software... theres a lightweight alternative which works just as well or vlc...
