Its a nice relief to be honest, I have never really been sick so no history with doctors but it was something that was on my mind as a 'should do' rather than a 'must do'

I'll do it once a year from now, no reason not to really

Like you say, the key to what should keep you healthy isn't exactly rocket science but healthy people get all sorts of stuff too since no one is immune

Once I can get a chance I’ll be back knocking out a few kms lane swimming, great for general fitness
That's a decent amount of cycling, using it as a mode of transport to work serves a dual purpose so long as you can avoid the likes of SoundY! I think running around after the kids counts as exercise too.

I go twice a year, just like car service.I'm always surprised my cholesterol and blood pressure are good, long may it last.

Fuck it, you only live once.

I was going twice up til this year and my GP reckons once a years enough now.
Yeap you're correct in what you say.You don't get too many second chances where health is concerned. My way of thinking is,what way you live now paves the way for how you may turn out when you hit your latter years and enjoying retirement.

My GP recommended porridge as a good way of helping keep cholesterol down, I now have it every day and I think it might have made a difference alright.

Also if you replace bread with this, you are on a winner.
