Default Hurling Team of the Year

Did anyone who watched the Sunday Game last night notice that only ONE Kilkenny player made the team and not a single CLARE man made it?! Bit harsh on Clare but you'd have to say Kilkenny are gone to the dogs this year and I wouldn't really disagree.

Cork dominated the back line with Donal Óg in goal as well but Ben O'Connor was the only one to make it in the forwards. We could do with blooding some new talent there in the league I'd say. It would be nice to see the Kieran Murphys step up to the mark. Hopefully Neil Ronan will fit into Corcoran's boots if he decides to pack it in next year.

MY PLAYER OF THE YEAR: Ben O'Connor

This being the same panel that failed to select the eventual winner of hurler of the year last time around.

Utter mockery!

What players from Kilkenny/Clare would you have in there and who would they have replaced?
