Once they start sending out applications for gold cards again and norries are going to New York for Christmas shopping the good times will be back.

The market they would be aiming at is people looking at buying an apartment - you could have a little house for the same price so might be worth considering. Personally I'd rather a well laid out apartment than living in a train carriage but location, location, location and all that shite
That was one of the first things that ran through my head. 6 beds and no sign of a fire door etc?

There is absolutely nothing you could do with the site. Its impractical as a family home and 300k wouldnt merit renting to students.

Obviously doesn't pay them to bring the place upto scratch and let it properly. Im not one to heap praise on Air bnb but its the gouging tactics of hotels that have allowed operators like Tom to thrive.

I think if you bought it and a fire broke out you'd probably just let the flames gradually rise around you and shuffle off the mortal coil to the sound of your bubbling skin and boiling tears.
