Default New rules for learner drivers

What is happening with the new rules for learner drivers. Im on my first provisional can i drive it without a full license driver after 30 of june.
i just applied for my full license. Do ye think ill get the test before the 30th

no, you're not even supposed to be driving it without a fully licensed driver now, after June 30th, it's meant to get a lot stricter..

Ah...pink license You should have applied months ago when they said they were gonna start enforcing the law!

From now on Learner drivers need to have a fully licensed driver, of at least 2 years, with them.

And they need to be a provisional for at least 6 months before applying for a driving test.

I've only seen 1 car with L plates in the last few days...

Either everyone is after passing their test, or more likely ,are after taking their L plates down.
