Really don't get this " we need more money to make it viable" stuff.
Its either viable or its not, based on expected revenue from ticket sales and events, and not 9 million in public funds in addition to the other 20million they got from government,.

Really don't think BAM should be getting any more cash from government under this "make it viable" nonsense.
