Does cappucino count as food? I'm quite fond of their capuccinos.

McDs coffee is far better than the horrid muck served up by asshole “barista” wankers at Starbucks.

Did you know the Big Mac is 50 years old this year? It was a Maccers franchisee in Philadelphia who created it and was launched systemwide (1,000 outlets at the time) in 1968. The Quarter Pounder came later, in 1972.

The first McDonalds in Ireland opened 41 years ago in Grafton St. in Dublin. The first McDs in Europe was in Holland in 1971. They first came to the UK in 1974. Useless trivia, I know....

I think Winthrop St was the first one in Cork, opened about 1983/84.

Correct. You could collect "stamps" from cornflakes boxes to get free bid macs for the opening.

I dont have much mc donalds anymore. Even my smallies would have it only occasionally.

I usually opt for the quater pounder with cheese.

The quarter pounder is grand, not a huge fan of the rest of the burgers especially the muck in the brioche buns.

I'll swing in for a Wrap the odd time at lunch alright especially if I'm driving past one.

I don't think I've had the chips in years.
