Semi finals this weekend - what are the predictions?!

Rain/showers expected from Thursday through Saturday - will this have an impact?

I know almost nothing about Newmarket or Ballinascarthy so not sure myself how games will go. Using Kilbree as a reference point with Russell Rovers then maybe Carrignavar will have the edge there based on previous results?
However hurling isn't conkers...

Newmarket had a great win v Dillons which should give them some confidence seeing as Dillons are perennial favourites.

Russells had tough games through East Cork which they pulled out of the fire each time and haven't been tested in the county yet. Will they be caught by Newmarket?

as much as he/she was teased and mocked last year, hartyparty is a huge loss to the 2019 junior thread!
