You can't nominate groups of posters such as the SFI, the Bumslappers, Pontipine, etc.

Ok lads.

Christmas is coming and there has been no move on this yet. As current Chair of SF IOTY process I feel obliged to make a move on this. I'm aware I made a pledge to hand back the rains to the SFI but it appears other commitments are impeding this. It is imperative that we get this show on the road asap in order to have it done and dusted before our famous Christmas truce.

Because of this I have no option but to step up to the plate and dutifully carry out this time honoured local talk page scene tradition.

The first thing I'll say is this is not the SVH IOTY. We do things differently, and better, around here.

I'll nominate three adjudicators. I'll pick supporters from the top 4 Premier League clubs, along with a few GAA heads, to adjudicate. But since we don't have any Leicester City supporter of any status I'll go with three of the top four.

So three from the following:

Man City: Lamps
Arsenal: Mayday
Man Utd: Rebel Red
Football: TonyCork80
Hurling: Corcaigh32

You can't get fairer than that.

So lads, let me know if you can help out. If not I'll ask some other lads. Maybe Mick Lyons. He was very fair last year.

Finally, I need not explain all the rules. We're around long enough to know the score.

If you have any suggestions please feel free to share. But trouble makers will be dealt with swiftly.

Cheers,

CB.

CB while I appreciate the nomination and would love to help any way I can, bear in mind I don't do the PROC like some might expect IOTY to be done, let's say I'd be a bit too down the line and maybe even too boring for it based on how threads like that turn out.

But happy to help out if the others can't help.
