He was grand 4 club level shape.
If he could get fit could you imagine the inside line of Brian Hurley Ciaran Sheenan and Micheal hurley or one of the u20 be a good starting point any way.

Are the counties going to come out and say what way they are voting or will it be done in secret.

Going by newspaper reports the Tier looks a certainty to come in.
The big question is going to be which league standings they will take.
Saturday for us is as big as a knock out game in the middle of the summer, gone the start of june would be untold damage to Cork Football.

I dont buy that it will do untold damage. Cork will relaistically get promoted next year and wont have to worry about tier 2 going forward. One year where you may actually win the tier 2 competition and blood a load of the 20s is not untold damage.

It would be a disaster for Cork to be in the second tier. Cork people would have absolutely no mass on a second tier tournament. The young fellas would benefit way more by tough games against top teams rather than handy ones against the bottom teams.

Spot on look at what playing Tyrone, Dublin and Kerry did for us this year.
It is bad enough playing Division 3 in a year with also then playing Tier 2 football in the same year.
