Some crowd at Bennos testimonial today. There looks to be more people on the pitch than in the stands.

Do all the proceeds of this match go to Benno?

He'd be lucky to be strolling out with a few notes in his pocket afterthe chip vans have been paid.

Thank the lord Clonakilty have started doing food in TC. You'd insult inmates up the prison if you served them the shite from the chip vans.

The poor season probably ruined the chance of a big crowd.

I wouls suspect Fenn will do a big clear out of players and some of coaching staff

841 was the attendance.....

The Clon boys are back, they werent open for the last few matches, the clon pudding rolls are nice compared to the over priced chipper and shops - €2.50 for a warm pepsi..ffs

Getting the name of the venue for a match that happened 26 years ago wrong equates to knowing nothing about the club does it?

Fair enough, some logic there champ

If Man Utd or even their over 40's were the opposition half the city would be on to Prendiville saying how it is so unfair that only 7k of them have the chance to say goodbye to their hero Alan Bennett and how it should be moved to Frank's field!

Good fun day though, nice an casual for those of us who went, able to bring the kids on to get photos, kick a ball on pitch.
