A bit disappointed with this but having said that if the Roscommon game is to come 2nd in the group there should be a cracking atmosphere in a full PUR.......the true supporters of Cork football will have their tickets before Saturday's game anyway.

Why the rush to have it ready for January 2020? For the League?? PUR is fine for 99% of League games. Surely the aim should be to get the place ready for the Championship next May (2020)?
Division 3 league games too, add in that the footballers will have to go to Killarney next year - you'd really have to wonder the rationale - I wonder did they have the Munster v Leinster rugby match on Christmas week in mind?

2015 was Killarney's turn anyway.
2015 replay in Killarney was a game owed to PUC
2016 We lost to Tipp
2017 Killarney's turn again
2018 PUC
2019 PUC (game owed)

So I would've thought we were back to Killarney when we meet next.

But...

It said on the Munster Final programme that if it goes to a replay it would be in PUC. So not sure how that works.

Forgot about the 2016 debacle. 2017 was due to be played in Cork but the pairc wasn't ready so it was moved to Killarney IIRC. According to this we are due one more visit from the animals. https://www.the42.ie/pairc-ui-chaoim...39763-Jun2017/

Yeah that's consistent with the match day programme for the Munster final so it must be right. I just can't understand how it's right.

Surely you don't want soil that soggy?
