Yip looks that way.

Amazing how far talentless bands can go.

In fairness, they were good in their heyday.

They haven't written a decent tune since whats the story though, and as for best album of the last 30 years?

Fuck that.

From a purely british point of view, surely Radioheads OK Computer or The Bends gets that vote?

I would have said New Order power, corruption and lies or The Smiths Meat is murder should have been there.

And theres an awful lot more that should be up there.

Ah, I forgot they were only counting actual brit awards.

Its probably the best from that list of 10 in fairness.

Parklife won the brit in 94 though didn't it? Better than Whats teh story IMO.

Former Oasis star Noel Gallagher has mocked his younger brother Liam's antics at The Brit Awards last night.

Acting typically x, Liam threw Oasis' 'Brit Awards album of 30 years' gong into the crowd after picking it up at the Earls Court ceremony.

Leaving Home House in London at 4am where he had been partying with Noel Fielding, Kasabian and Freddie Flintoff, Noel took a swipe at Liam.

In an effeminate voice, Noel did an impression of his brother in front of photographers saying: "ohh look, I've dropped my microphone!"

Noel, of course, wasn't the only one to take a dig at Liam. After the singer left the stage, Brit Awards host Peter Kay called him a “knob”.

Funny how so many on this thread don't rate Oasis, yet are here, reading away and posting about them. One of these sort of threads always pops up on here, any time the band , or either of the Gallaghers, are in the news (normally due to f**k all, but people seem to like reading/hearing about them. Funny that.)

My two cents. They were a great band. Yes, great. I like Noel, and his musings. Better singer than Liam, and fair play, has written a lot of really really good tunes. Liam is an asshole, but part of the package. First album was excellent, second great, third slightly less so. Went steadily downhill then. But last two albums were pretty good too. Would love to see Noel launch a serious solo career.
