Great day out thanks T/O. Our eldest lad only got 2nd this year so the beautiful trophy is no longer his. He swam a lot better than last year and was happy with his race.His two smaller brothers swam well up in their categories and I was 7th out of around 35 in the AG.
Proud day for their aul' fella to have the four of us in the race!

One month into my training and did ballintotis circuit in 40.20 last night well pleased..i'l try add another mile on from now

Good man, Jimmy. Be sure to make the build up nice and easy. I used to add on a km every two weeks or so when i was starting out. Get comfortable at the distance then add a bit on and before you know it you'll see big improvements in times but also in health. I know I did anyway.
