It’s better as a rubble pile than standing. A fugly rotten eyesore that would not have looked out of place in 1970s Moldova.

It was just a standard office building design of a certain era. You'll find acres of such buildings in every city in Europe. You don't have to go to Moldova.

It definitely wasn't a very exciting design though, for a building at such a focal point opposite the Grand Parade
