Decent start for Cavan, leading 1-5 to 0-2 against Monaghan

Monaghan are a funny one. Can compete with a beat the top 3 or 4 on a regular basis, but can just as easily lose to Fermanagh or Cavan.

They'd hardly lose to Cork I suppose!

Dublin steamrolled Louth 5-21 to 0-10 but had Paul Mannion sent off

Fair play to Roscommon but God help Mayo supporters.

Mayo..

Maybe the League win was a bad thing for them but Jesus, the same old failings. 20m shot dropped short by Keegan and a relatively handy 25 yard free missed then after.

Fair play to Ross but I wouldn't regard them as much of a threat to top teams really.
