It has to be Billy for me.
Captained and trained both his club and county to all Ireland success and constantly fought the CCB for what was best for his players.

Was quite an admirer of JBM. Remember him as a "bovver boy" type with the closely cropped hair and hanging around in a gang but he always seemed to speak so softly and well in TV interviews. Always smiling and had a twinkle in his eye. All Ireland FOOTBALL winner FFS. And a great hurler too, winning both as player and manager. AND a big Celtic fan. What's not to like? Still, Ringy must be ahead of him in the All Time Legend stakes.
