While Paisley had a great record, he did inherit some of the team from Bill Shankly.
Matt Busby won the E.C. just 10 years after having a team destroyed.
Jock Stein won the E.C. with a team of players born within a 12 mile radius(Bobby Lennox excepted) of Parkhead. His achievement was never given the credit it deserved. Why Sir Matt Busby but not Sir Jock Stein???
