To celebrate its first year in production Opera 2005 will present a gala
concert of operatic favourites on Thursday 3rd November at 8pm in City
Hall, Cork.
The concert will feature tenor Michael Colvin, rising star on the opera
scene and he will be joined by Mary Nelson, soprano to deliver some of
operas most loved duets and arias. The acclaimed Chorus and Orchestra of
Opera 2005, under the baton of Kevin Mallon, will perform some of the best
known choruses and opera overtures.
Tickets are 35euros and 25euros (conc 30euros and 20euros) and are
available from Cork Opera House 021-4270022.
Where do people get concessions for events, anyway - there's always these events with X price but Y price if with concession - I never get a concession - never, ever!
