some great group games in store in fairness

Group D looks super tasty, Sampalol can already book his return ticket to South America after Argentina's 3rd group game

Group A is anyones. Russia have nothing. Uruguay will probably top the group. Egypt will fancy their chances.

Iran were tricky enough customers last time round under Carlos Queiroz. Spain and Portugal on the first Friday night. Few cans for that.

Deschamps couldn't have picked a handier draw himself. France to walk it. Denmark prob favs to finish second. Think the Australian coach quit. Not ideal. Looking forward to seeing Peru.

Group D is a lovely group. No soft games there. Argentina v Croatia prob the stand out fixture.

Brazil should top Group E after that it looks pretty open.

Likewise with Germany in Group F

Handy group for England. Reminds me of Euro 2004 when they got a strong France and half the French team were playing in England.

Group H is like Group A. The top seeds aren't anything to give you sleepless nights and that will give the others cause for optimism. TBF Poland are better than Russia

Never goes according to plan, there'll always be shocks

Hehehe

‘Panama should be an emotional game as the England footballers come face-to-face for the first time with their accountants.’

England got a good draw and will be placing a few Bob on them and Nigeria as an outsider punt.
If England go 4-4-2 teams will struggle with that and they have massive pace in Sterling and Rashford . I like England's chances. Kane is the best striker available nowadays and only maybe the French have a better squad. Germany have went back a good bit. Brazil didn't have a tough route Argentina are very average bar Messi . Portugal and Spain are not actually outstanding any more and getting up there in age.
England could go all the way in this.
I know I will get stick but look at the team they will have.

Dybala, Higuian, Icardi, Aguero, Di Maria, Mascherano are all average players.

You haven't a scooby finbog.
