He didnt get to play his own records-and didnt get to use his medium of choice; His vinyl-mp3 interface packed in and he was left with other people's CD's!!!

Under the circumstances, he stayed dead cool, and just played.

Not easy to know from the outside just how well he did, really.

Judges decision and all that but it doesn't make much sense if the judges couldn't even hear his original choice of music?

How can u judge someone playing other peoples music (aside from comments that thats what DJ's do all the time)

I dont know! Im not the judge!

But he was still in my top three all day, regardless.

As in, without using the medium he came to play, and by borrowing records, i still put him up there as one of my top three of the day.
