Tax on van, when not commercial

Yo,
I'm looking at vans to buy currently just for personal use. Don't think I'll be able to get to commercial rate but can't find anything on how you tax a van that's being used for personal use. Anyone have a clue what the story is and what the sponds end up being like. Probably looking at a 1.9L Transporter,

Cool so. Just kept hearing that I'd have to tax it as a commercial vehicle cos it only has the 3 seats or something but if it's definitely just straightforward like that it's all good.
