It is but your understanding of why and how to solve it is wrong!

Default Ideas

I have a few ideas of how to slow down the decline, until the myth of online shopping crumbles. In a new Eco world, shipping individual items to individual homes is obviously absurd. In the meantime...... Stop the relentless pedestrianisation. Remove the cycle lanes which don't work, and don't install any more without some common sense factor in the planning. Douglas Road lanes could never work. Miles of lane on the outskirts of Fermoy etc.....knock knock....
Add on street parking. Lose the silly PanaBan. Copy most or all of what successful towns do. https://www.theguardian.com/cities/2...ars-pontevedra

Any ideas yourself leesider?

Where will the cyclists go? Besides a metre wide strip on the side of each road is hardly an inconvenience.

You are arguing against the 200 year old postal service now.

Do you even read or understand the articles you post and thanks for that article as it is the future.

Can you name me one city that has regenerated its city centre, added footfall by incentivising car use and car parking?

Mister X?
