Question A Good Place in Cork / suburbs to move to?

Hey, my sister is thinking of moving to Cork or some Cork suburb with her 2 young kids and was wondering where would be a nice place to move?

She's looking for somewhere affordable that will accept rent allowance but that is a nice area with half decent primary schools for her kids.

She was looking at a place in Passage but I haven't heard great things about the place but I don't have a clue to be fair?

Any recommendations?

Thanking you!

She'd be better off moving outside Cork, like say Mallow, Bandon and to a lesser extent Fermoy. Rent still to high in Cork, better schooling in country towns and cheaper accomodation, better standard of living.

Why, a friend of mine lives in Passage west with two kids under 7 and she is delighted. I think it is very hard to advice, different people, different likings. If I would be her I would try to find place close to friends or family.
