'Boutique Burlesque returns with a summer special!
On the 9th of June coming Boutique Events bring you the next instalment of the fabulous Boutique Burlesque. Keeping the Cork faithful gasping, imagine top hats, feather boas, smoky eyes, bow ties, fish-net tights and cabaret in an extravaganza of the finest swing-jazz, superb circus acts, and seductive dance acts for hours of stylish tongue in cheek pleasure!
Joining us on the night all the way from the west coast of Clare are the sumptuous "Swing Time" from the makers of "Skazz". The jazz rhythm's became too much to ignore, and Swing Time was born. This being their first Cork gig, expect the theatre of the Crane Lane to be swinging, jumping and jiving all night long...
Also making an appearance on the night will be the beautiful "D4 Von Teese". This lady may look down her nose at you, but only because she'll be on the stage! Plenty of class, but not an ounce of pretentiousness... We'll leave the rest up to your imagination...
Mr Shanty the Gentleman Juggler gets set for a brand new show full of strip-juggling excitement while Miss Pretty Propeller is back by popular demand to teach you some suave moves! And Anita Tralala also returns for a solo appearance to turn the heat up with enough sex appeal to make the walls sweat.
The brilliant DJ Gary Baus keeps things ticking like a time bomb which always goes off, an appearance by the ever so grumpy but colourful Umpteen Stretchmarks will also be made and the night is hosted by the wildly eccentric Diva. Keep your pants on, 'cause he certainly won't...
As always there'll be lots of other treats and surprises and if you're not camera shy, a little treat to remember the night! So dust off the waistcoats, tighten up your corsets and brush up your dancing shoes... it is time to party like its 1929!
