Yep, probably down Cathedral Walk past the primary school and down to the brewery unless there's emergency drains that could be opened in between

After the reception the lads from Irish water got the last time they were up the Northside, I just cannot see them rushing up there today.

Would it not be city council who will deal with this? i have a friend who works in water section of council, while doing repairs he is often abused by wasters calling him a scab and a rat, they all think he is installing meters,
