that’s interesting Tony - so they get 60 days during which they can play in the US ( or I assume any other GAA affiliation abroad ) and then they can come back to the club ? That’s a great initiative. For young lads to get the travel bug out of their system 60 days is a good spell abroad. Something I would like to see clubs and the GAA in general doing a lot more of is finding part time work or sumner work for young lads to keep them around during the summer if that is their choice - some lads go on J1s to make a few quid to sustain them in college - what if they didn’t have to go abroad to make some money

So by the end of July only 3 clubs will be out of the championship. Crazy System

When will we know which fixture is first? Could it be A V B & C V D ?

It won't work exactly like that, i'd say it could depend on the situation involving teams with Cork panelists and who will be able to play in July. I'd imagine every group will be different in the order of games

I think they said a provisional list for fixtures will be drawn up soon for approval by clubs

What 4 clubs will be out? Wouldn't everyone still be in the running then as there would have to be at least one group game remaining?

Why would it be a bad thing?

Isn't is a good thing for any club player to be still going in the best months of the year
