I heard Leamy got a course designed specificaly made for him, yer mand Jeremy Manning has a year done in Business Rec Leisure so he's well sorted!

Rog is the main man in this Irish team by far at the moment...BOD is not really captaincy material...

Once O'Connell gets back to top form (hopefully) he would be the man for the job but ROG is the current leader in all but name anyway...

ya
i never really agreed with bod being captain.he never had that presence about him.captain material in mind would be keith wood/martin johnson types.
being one of the best in the world in your position doesnt instantly make you a commander of men

At the moment, Rog appears to be the man they all look to...he seems to have come through that difficult patch mentally much stronger...hope it carries Ireland past wales and England and Munster to the HC...

He is playing well, but i hear that he commands the dressing room as well these days more or less...
