Have you anything positive to say about the positive position Cork GAA now finds itself in? The footballers? Anything? It would be nice for a change on a serious note, fellow user
There are positives within Cork GAA...
But I will never be complimenting the CCB top table in its present guise.

It's both a rewarding and thankless task.

But sure I'm positive that as those unpaid volunteers drag themselves out of bed this morning to set out cones on a rainy field, they'll say a prayer of thanks to Saint Frank.
It's dry today.

Your'e right Banker. Remember 54 million got from Govt and Croke Park and 160 well run clubs to fall back on if things get tight .Where was the creep when the media were asking hard questions about the running of the CCB. In any organisation where the CEO allowed three strikes regardless of the cause he 'd have been moved on.In my book they dont deserve any plaudits having run Cork Gaa to the brink of irrelevance in the strongest GAA county
Watching him preening himself on TV made me sick and took the gloss off the day

Administrator ! Tear down this post!!!!

Cork hurling at an all time high both underage & at senior level. Looks like the next 15 years won't be as bleak. I would even go as far as saying I'd be shocked if Liam McCarthy wasn't on Lee side within 2-3 years and many more imminently after.

We have the most modern stadium in the country and facilities only other counties could dream of.

I thought Frank carried himself well yesterday on RTE & the introduction to yesterday's live show was a fitting one to this proud GAA county.

I think history will be kind to Frank & his band of merry men
All time high?Bit of an overstatement. Facilities other counties can only dream off?The stadium is very nice actually. But come on like the one pitch centre of excellence.Oh and im sick of the negativity surrounding the board more than anyone. History will be kind to Frank?Stop will ya April fools day has been and gone.

The matter of a coach using or not using cones is absolutely irrelevant. Its the contents and message of his session that count. If a coach feels that he can better portray that message and organization of his session with cones then who cares. Likewise if he can take full control without well and good. Cones or no cones doesn't define a session.

In all sports and in deed hurling you have some of the best coaches use cones.

Others don't. I hear this stupid debate regular these days. The guys that don't use cones think they are somewhat superior because of this.

Its absolutely ridiculous. I couldn't care less whether a coach uses or doesn't use cones. Its completely irrelevant to determinating the difference between a good coach and bad one or a good session and bad one.
