Default Ireland Cricket

Ireland have a chance of making the one-day World Cup finals if they beat Afghanistan today. Ireland are batting first. Anyone have any score update?

Win or draw isn't it?

183-5 after 47 overs.
18 balls left.

Apparently they survived a wicket scare, ball was caught but it was a no ball on Wilson.

Afghans only need 98 off 150 balls to win

F**k - looks like we're goosed unless some wickets fall quickly

Ireland 209-7 (50 overs)
AFG 117-3 (30 overs)

93 off 120. There might be a squeak of a chance. They've only had 5 runs off the last 30 balls and lost a wicket. Fingers crossed.

Finals in UK so much easier for Irish to attend should we make it

Massive crowd right now in the luxurious Venue bar and lounge watching this.
Tension is almost unbearable.
