This year is going to be bigger
Gigs in Limerick,Galway,Wexf ord,Dumpland and of course Cork.
All bands that play will be eligible for the jack Daniels’s hardest Working band award which carries a prize of two days recording and the production of 1,000 CD singles and a management consultation and a place on the next first Music Contact music from Ireland sampler.

This gig is supported by Jack Daniels which means it will be cheap in with a complimentary JD and Coke for the first 100 peeps in and there will be a draw for JD merch.

There is also a JD best of gig in Dublin at the end of the summer which is tied into this.
Charlie don't surf did this last year and got travel expenses, a fee for playing the gig and a couple of hotel rooms for the night along with a fender guitar. The only thing the boys told me after was they were on too early but apart from that they had a laff.
The rumours of the dead hooker stuffed into the closet are mostly unfounded

last year was good and next year there will be a major headline act like in England so at least it's going the right direction.
