No doubt some here are going to do just that.
I felt sorry for the keeper tbh. Maybe he should have been subbed after the first goal but what was there on the bench? Probably the key to Real Madrid's victory was their bench and their manager's ability to come up with a plan "B".
Isco wasn't playing badly and was unlucky not to score the first goal but Zidane felt that Bale could cause Liverpool damage and was right. CR/ was very subdued on the night but R.M. had enough class elsewhere.
Looking at the two midfields last night R.M. had the likes of Modric and Isco while Liverpool had Milner and Henderson. Class against a journeyman and a donkey.
A word on Klopp. I think that he changed the style too quickly after Salah went off. He could have used a 4-4-2 and continued presssing R.M. which had been working reasonably well until then. Once R.M. were able to stroke the ball around you could really see only one winner. Klopp's record in major finals leaaves a big question mark about him imo.

Real earned this latest Champions League success when they survived the earlier scares against Juve and Bayern.

Fair post.
Real Madrid have now won 7 C.L. Finals out of 7. 3 in a row and 4 in the last 5 years. Some record in all fairness.
