Been to Cape Town - the least disappointed I've ever been for somewhere so hyped. It's brilliant.

The decision should probably come down to what sort of holiday do you want - in CT there are lots of activities you can do from climbing mountains to wine tours, boat trips, beaches with penguins etc. The city itself is great too, with fun nightlife.

In Negril it seems to be very chill, calm, beaches and beers type holiday.

Both look fab, but it just depends on how busy you'd like to be.
