Lookin forward to that gig alright. That Shardborne ep is fairly snazzy.
And there's no hassle bout starting its own thread if you want.

Yeah the EP's good alright and they're even better live in my opinion, they put on a good show even without a vocalist / frontman.

What's The Quad like? Good spot?

Ya, seen them a couple of times now - solid out.

The Quad is grand out. It's a late bar, open till 2 or whatever. I suppose, at least for gigs, you could say it's like upstairs in Bakers, maybe. It's not really a venue, but they clear a good space for the 'stage'. The sound ain't amazing or anything, but tis grand like, grand and loud, and the sound guy is sound out.

Orange Goblin are playing in The Pint in Dublin in April.

I heard someone say that they might play Cork on the same tour. Cruiscin was mentioned. Anyone know anything about that?

Irish old school metal from County Fermanagh, Mamas Boys, I seen them in the early 80s and probably the album Plug It In was the best one they done. I love this track Reach For The Top, it sounds like it could have been influenced by Ac/Dcs Beating around the Bush and Zeppelin riffs.

How are posters able to embed youtube videos, do you have to properly subscribe to get that function. Tried php tab, # tab etc.
