just heard Jamsie O´Connor(he´s a teacher in Flannans) on the radio saying he reckons there´s a red wave of hurling talent coming out thru in Cork in the next few years.

Worrying result, although Flannans have become a football school. Wouldn’t Rí be corks strongest football school traditionally.

Gary Brennan teaches there, hes done a lot of work in terms of football there

St Colmans defeated De La Salle by 2-19 to 0-19 in the Dean Ryan today. Semi Final is Colmans v Midleton on the 18th with the winners to play Ard Scoil Rís in the final. Sure to be a great match for cork hurling fans.
