Very open grade. Standard has dropped in recent years and anyone could win it but I think Dromtarriffe might be best placed. They kind of got caught with a fixture pile up last year which led to them exiting the hurling but they’re better than their defeat to Ballinascarty suggests.

If anything, they’ll be less likely to be in a similar situation next year because of being intermediate football and could go all the way. They’re very young. What could possibly catch them is that they have a few lads with Boherbue who are certainties to be contesting at county section of the football.

Ballincollig have a lot of young players coming through and the intermediate win should mean a bigger interest in hurling.
Inniscarra should have a decent second team as well
But with the second teams its hard to know really.
