I know almost nothing about Newmarket or Ballinascarthy so not sure myself how games will go. Using Kilbree as a reference point with Russell Rovers then maybe Carrignavar will have the edge there based on previous results?
However hurling isn't conkers...

Newmarket had a great win v Dillons which should give them some confidence seeing as Dillons are perennial favourites.

Russells had tough games through East Cork which they pulled out of the fire each time and haven't been tested in the county yet. Will they be caught by Newmarket?
I'd expect an Russell Rovers v Carrig Na bhFear final but wouldn't be surprised to see Newmarket make it. Newmarket are a very fit team with some great athletes. Some tidy hurlers too. Stop Beausang and you're half way home.

Newmarket could be a dark horse. Very fit and lively, and a fairly solid free taker. Hannon I think his name is.
Main man marker is meant to be Aidan Browne, was in and about Cork Senior Footballers this year, and you’d imagine he’d pick up Beausang.

Newmarket v Russell will be a very close game i think, going to be bold and predict a draw.
Think Ballinascarty will beat Carrignabhear by a 3 to 4 points.
As with all games this time of year the shite weather will play a big part.

My guess will be a double header with the Junior B (divisional) county final in PUR, so I would say the A final would be 3.45pm or 4pm
