Default Woy Hodgson: England Manager

Looks like Woy is set to become the new England manager lads after West Brom grant FA permission to speak with him.

Twitter is very funny about this ,

So what are the odds? France 0 England 0; Sweden 0 England 0; England 0 Ukraine 0.

Fwance, Ukwaine, Cwoatia, Gweece, Wussia and the Wepublic of Ireland will take notice now

Once again the #LFC supporters prove just how far ahead of everyone else we are..... #HodgsonForEngland chanted by Kop

ENGLAND (4-4-2): Gween; Wichards, Tewwy, Wio, Bwidge; Gewward, Cawwick, Wodwell, Bawwy; Cwouch, Wooney

Expect Ashley Cole to be replaced by Paul Konchesky and Hodgson finding a loophole so Poulsen can play for England.

I think it's a good move by the FA for once. With a major tournament coming up, they probably need a man with experience of International management, due to such little time to bed into the job. Hodsgon has that. He has vast experience at all levels of the game and knows the english players inside out. Can't really see the problem. It'd be stupid for the FA to just dimiss the Euros, leaving 2 years qualifying go down the drain, so Woy should know his way around quickly enough to ensure that doesn't happen.

Having said that, it looks like the english press are all over this one again and it's like he's already destined to be ousted before he gets a proper chance. Time will tell. He must get the job first I suppose...

It seems to be one of the immutable laws of the universe that people called Roy cannot usually pronounce their "r"s.
He's done a good job with the Baggies and there might be the double benefit that they'll come looking for Alex McLeish......
