Default Back in Cork.

I am spending less time in the City of late due to international appointments but this week I find myself staying at my apartment in the Elysian. I will reacquaint myself with Bennys fine establishments, discuss new business proposals and visit my holiday home on the Old Head Of Kinsale. I have invited a particularly beautiful young Polish waitress down there for the weekend and of course she has said yes. I have never yet failed in this regard when in Cork and there is so much more choice nowadays with young women of every nationality working in the Citys hostelries and bars.

I have, when it was being built I've seen exactly what went into it and how it was installed, he's right it's a shithole you actually bought 2 of them? Lol although I imagine it's enough to impress a polish bird.

I have m8.

A bog standard ten+year old build that is showing it's age.
If you knew anything about 'exclusive' Cork property you would have come up with better than that.

Yup exactly right, they were sold as a block.

There was a 2 bedroom on the market at 1800 a month.
