Thai Boxing in Midleton
Morning all.....
I've taken over the Thai Boxing gym in Midleton and what better place to plug it than in the Sports Forum.
And to jump in ahead of some of ye smartarses...I will be advertising on here too!!
Anyhoo, we train Tuesday, Thursday, Friday at 7pm and Saturday at 12.30. Great workout for any fitness level....and I mean any fitness level - that's guaranteed!!!
If the Thai Boxing isn't your thing, I'll also be running circuit training/boot camp sessions.
Few pics of the gym below.....feel free to PM me with any enquiries about training. Website is being developed at the moment as well.
Best of luck with that Brendan. The walls look a bit too clean for my liking though
Only joking...the place looks savage with the ring as well!!
And to people reading this...you should try thai boxing even if you don't think you'd like it. You can take it to whatever level you want and its the best way to lose weight and get fit. No sport I have ever tried has given me the same results! Brendan is a genuine athlete and will show you and train you to the best of your ability.

Best of luck with the gym, Brendan. I'll second what Doc Foley said above about it being a great sport for anyone to take up. My wife trained while we were in Thailand and loved the work out. Also I have been going to martin horgan's gym with some different friends-not regularly enough unfortunately- and they also love it without ever having done the sport before.
I hope it works out for you. Fantastic sport!
