Where is the best place to look for people/houses doing rent allowance?

I'm looking for somewhere affordable in the Model Farm/Town area.

Pretty ordinary tenant.

I would say to go into agencies in town as opposed to looking online. It's a renters market at the moment so you should be able to find something nice for a reasonable enough price.
