I repeat. The fucking irony of it all.

Peter Kelly was a disaster waiting to happen at full back on O'Neill, gave away about 5 close in frees that Tyrone scored from.
Should have been sent off a lot earlier.

O'Neill contributed from open play as well, he did very well for the goal.

Your man Thomas O'Connor at full forward was brutal as well, he only came off in the 63rd minute.

Donnelly looks a class act for Tyrone and Joe McMahon was excellent.

Delighted Kildare were beaten. Most hyped up team every year, probably because of their proximity to Dublin.

I wouldn't discount Galway against Cork.
2 U21 wins in the last 3 years and add the likes of Meahan, Hanley and Armstrong to that. They've nothing to lose.

Kildare have progressed under McGeeney.
They're an established Division 1 team.
They're Leinster Champions at Minor and U21 level this year.
Geezer had a hand in both. It's fairly obvious the players have a lot of respect for him. The abject nature of their first half performance cost them dearly last night.
By the time they decided to make a game of it, it was very late.
They still got it back level but Tyrone deserved it.
They'll be favs v Meath but by no means a gimme.
Cavan are going to be in the last 8. As will Laois Monaghan.

They've won nothing at senior level. Nothing. And let's be honest here, that was the main objective.

How much have they spent on the Geezer project?

I think you may be talking about Loughrey. Or maybe Tompkins? Right?
