Default Cycling and the oul Drugs

Anyone have an educated guess at what percentage of the (let's say) top 20 from last year's Tour or Vuelta or whatever were clean? Without any hard evidence, I'd be thinking no more than 10%, maybe slightly more.

Matt Lawton @Lawton_Times

Stunning first morning of the rescheduled medical tribunal for Dr Richard Freeman. Has admitted in his statement that he placed order for Testogel in May 2011, but more significantly concedes he has told ‘a lot of lies’ prior to making final submission only last month.

Odd that he's come out with this considering the statute of limitations had passed during the summer. Guilty conscience perhaps. Peters and Brailsford are nervous this afternoon I would think.
