He has another article on this today that isn't up on the web yet.
The ARFU (Arish Rogby Football Union) and it's corporate partners will be keeping a close eye on this.
Wouldn't be surprised if they try to get him sacked.

Only a fool would believe that Rugby is totally clean.

But I'd say the same about any professional sport tbh.

What point are we at?

1. Denial
2. Deflection
3. Stop being mean to rugby
4. Class warriorship
5. Slagging off the Cork footballers
6. Meltdown

I've said plenty of times on here that Rugby is more than likely rife with it.

But this thread will be filled with lads who cheer on football teams week in week out having a go at rugby, who laughed at me a few months back for suggesting that the likes of Barca and Madrid could be on drugs.

There are similarities with the situation in the NFL, which at least now acknowledges it has a problem, in terms of the media/public reaction to doping in comparison to other sports (in this case baseball).

http://www.nytimes.com/2008/01/27/sp...2468.html?_r=0

Lads I know that would sneer at cyclists during the Tour de France, "Sure they're ALL on drugs", shrug their shoulders at the idea of rugby players doping, "Sure look at how hard they get hit".
Would the media here (Kimmage aside) go after an international rugby player if they knew he had taken PED's in the past?
Would GThorn be willing to grenade that metaphorical ruck?

Thing that struck me most too
Add in all the Heineken, Tommy bowe clobber and those black and white sailing bags and who would be a rugby player?

Think soccer is as bad though, just covered up
